NFi's graphic overlays are ideal for recessed moldings,
switch assemblies, or front panels, because they are printed on the
underside (sub-surface) of plastic materials. This process makes them
scratch and chemical resistant.
Features include unlimited colors, flush displays, and long life. Materials
range from .005" to .030" in thickness. Other gauges
or backing plates are available upon request.
Die Cutting
Over the years we have accumulated a very large library of dies which enables us to offer you a large variety of size and shape choices. If we don't have a die that fits your need, a custom die can be easily created accommodating any number of shapes, holes, and cutouts. Cutting tolerances of +/- .010" are standard, though tighter tolerances can be achieved for an additional cost.
Laser Cutting
Optically Registered Laser Cutting is available and enables prototyping as well as fine precision for close proximity cutouts such as specter guides. Our laser cutters can cut shapes and sizes impossible to achieve with a steel rule die with typical tolerances of +/-.005".
Embossing
Embossing is available in a variety of forms, from Rim Embossing and Pillow Embossing to more complex embossing techniques such as Braille and LED domes.
